Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in payroll management by providing data and reports.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.

Must Have

  • Proven HR experience with a focus on personnel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HR software and data management.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
